Mark Matlock

Mark is passionate about discipleship and the transformational power of God’s Word. For more than 17 years he has worked with students, and his teaching style engages teenagers in a powerful way. His hope is to challenge and equip students for lifelong faith. On the web www.planetwisdom.com

The SkitGuys

Tommy and Eddie use humorous skits (hence the name!) to speak to students about life and truth in a way that really gets through. Their skits add an exciting dimension to the weekend as they reinforce the learning that’s already taking place. On the web www.skitguys.com

Dutton

Each member of Dutton feels called to create music that draws people into God’s presence, and they have used this calling to lead in corporate worship settings across the country for the past four years. Their home church is now The Heights in Richardson, TX, where they lead worship on Sunday mornings.    On the web www.duttonband.com

Cost: Total cost for the Planet Wisdom Conference is $79.99-(High School Price). This includes admission, materials, and hotel.  (8th graders may attend with a parent and do not stay overnight - 8th grade Cost is $40.00 per person)

Scholarships: We don’t want finances to keep a student from attending. If a scholarship is needed, or if you’d like to provide a scholarship for another student, please contact Craig at 212-2873 or by email at craig@studentfire.org

Registration: Registration is available online and Permission/payment forms are also found under forms.  Forms and fees are due in by November 20 (Registration after November 20 are subject to availability and an additional $10.00 per person charge) Chaperones: No StudentFire youth trip or event is complete without a group of committed adults coming to help make the weekend smooth and safe. However, rumor has it that these adults have been known to have just as much fun as the students!! If you are interested in coming along as one of our “designated grown-ups”, let Craig know.
